Sales and Support Manager
As a Sales and Support Manager, you will be in contact with customers from academia and industry, discuss their technical demand and economical boundary conditions. You create suitable quotations and supervise tender procedures and perform typical after-sale support tasks.
Your responsibilities
Contact for customers in sales and support situations
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Execution of typical business operations (quotations, purchase orders)

Minimum Qualification And Experience Requirements
- Good knowledge of physical measurement techniques, in particular dielectric/impedance spectroscopy
- Msc (or higher) in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in English, German is considered an asset
